Textures:
From purchasing any of our texture packs/goods you agree to the following:
- Right of withdrawal
- Product Usage
Right of Withdrawal:
We reserve the right to cancel your license if we feel you break any of the following conditions:
- Textures cannot be resold or distributed to any other party they must only be used in your own servers/services.
- You have the right to edit the textures but cannot resell or distribute to any third party after the editing.
- After editing, you cannot claim the textures are solely yours.
Product Usage:
After downloading the textures you must only use them in services that you provide such as an Altis Life server. You cannot distribute them to friends/other servers. We will allow you to share them with a development team. All notes on how to install are found within the files that you download. If you have any problems, do not be afraid to contact us via Bytex!
Whilst we originally created the textures you can alter them. We also would like you to give us credit but find it is not entirely necessary and leave it optional.
Scripts:
From purchasing any of our scripts you agree to the following:

Right of withdrawal:
If we find you break certain criteria we reserve the right to withdraw your license. These conditions include but are not limited to:
- Any attempt to change the author must have permission from us and even if you do you must include that we originally made the script.
- If we find out you are distributing the scripts through other means (such as giving it to a friend for them to use or outright re-selling our product) we will terminate the license.
- Whilst we allow any form of editing to the scripts we require that it was improved upon by you/development team.
Product Usage:
Installation requirements and instructions are all included within the package given. We allow you to freely edit as long as you give us credit where credit is due! Any issue don't be afraid to contact us on Bytex!
